Sistem informasi merupakan sejenis sistem layanan dan terdapat di setiap elemen sistem industri dan bisnis modern. Perusahaan perlu mempertimbangkan penggunaan TQM untuk mengatasi berbagai tantangan. TQM digunakan secara luas oleh banyak perusahaan di seluruh dunia dan berhasil diterapkan serta memberikan manfaat yang signifikan bagi perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengamati apakah konsep dan metode ini masih relevan untuk digunakan dan efektif meningkatkan kinerja bisnis serta kepuasan pelanggan. Ini merupakan tinjauan literatur sistematis terhadap literatur dari berbagai sektor industri yang dikumpulkan dan ditinjau secara rinci. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa konsep ini masih digunakan oleh banyak organisasi di seluruh dunia dan berhasil membantu organisasi meningkatkan daya saing, pertumbuhan dan keberlanjutan bisnis serta meningkatkan semangat kerja karyawan.
