DOSA DAN KESEHATAN MENTAL: PERAN TAUBAT DAN DZIKIR DALAM TERAPI PSIKOSPIRITUAL ISLAM

Artikel ini membahas hubungan antara dosa dan kesehatan mental dalam perspektif Islam, serta bagaimana taubat dan dzikir berperan sebagai mekanisme penyembuhan psikospiritual. Permasalahan utama yang dikaji adalah bagaimana perbuatan dosa dapat memicu gangguan mental seperti kecemasan, stres, hingga depresi, serta bagaimana Islam menawarkan solusi terapeutik yang komprehensif melalui pendekatan spiritual. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur kualitatif dengan analisis tematik terhadap ayat Al-Qur'an, hadis, dan hasil riset kontemporer. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa ibadah seperti shalat, dzikir, dan tilawah Al-Qur’an berdampak positif secara psikologis maupun fisiologis, seperti menurunnya hormon stres (kortisol) dan meningkatnya ketenangan jiwa. Temuan ini mendukung integrasi pendekatan psikospiritual berbasis Islam dalam konseling dan dakwah sebagai bentuk respons terhadap krisis kesehatan mental di masyarakat Muslim. Kesimpulannya, dosa tidak hanya berdampak pada aspek spiritual, tetapi juga mental, sehingga diperlukan terapi yang menggabungkan introspeksi keimanan dan dukungan psikologis. Kajian ini merekomendasikan pelatihan dai dan konselor berbasis psikospiritual, serta literasi publik tentang penyembuhan Qur’ani untuk mendukung kesehatan mental umat
