INTEGRASI TERAPI AL-QURAN DALAM PENGOBATAN ISLAM: SEJARAH, EFEKTIVITAS, DAN TANTANGAN DI DUNIA MEDIS

Terapi Al-Quran telah diakui secara luas sebagai metode komplementer dalam pengobatan Islam yang memberikan manfaat psikologis dan fisiologis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan tinjauan literatur yang komprehensif mengenai peran terapi Al-Quran dalam praktik medis modern, dengan menyoroti efektivitas, tantangan, serta potensi integrasinya ke dalam sistem kesehatan konvensional. Dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini menganalisis artikel jurnal yang telah ditelaah sejawat serta prosiding konferensi dari database seperti Scopus dan Google Scholar. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa terapi Al-Quran berperan penting dalam mengurangi stres, meningkatkan kesejahteraan emosional, serta berfungsi sebagai pendekatan penyembuhan spiritual. Namun, meskipun memiliki manfaat yang menjanjikan, tantangan masih ada dalam hal validasi ilmiah dan penerimaannya di komunitas medis. Banyak profesional kesehatan mempertanyakan dasar empiris terapi ini karena kurangnya uji klinis yang terstandarisasi. Selain itu, terdapat kekhawatiran mengenai penggunaannya sebagai metode utama dibandingkan sebagai terapi pelengkap. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya kolaborasi interdisipliner antara ilmuwan medis dan ulama guna menjembatani kesenjangan antara praktik penyembuhan berbasis keimanan dan berbasis bukti. Penelitian lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk mengeksplorasi aplikasinya dalam berbagai kondisi medis dan psikologis guna memastikan integrasinya ke dalam pendekatan kesehatan holistik.
