PERAN TAFAKUR ISLAM DALAM MENGATASI KECEMASAN: INTEGRASI SPIRITUALITAS QUR’ANI DAN PSIKOLOGI MODERN

Abstract

Artikel ini secara khusus bertujuan menganalisis peran tafakur sebagai intervensi alternatif dalam pengelolaan kecemasan berbasis spiritualitas Islam. Latar belakang kajian ini berakar pada tingginya prevalensi gangguan kecemasan modern dan kurangnya terapi yang mengintegrasikan pendekatan Qur’ani dalam psikologi. Metode yang digunakan adalah tinjauan pustaka sistematis terhadap publikasi akademik rentang 2010–2025 dari basis data Scopus, DOAJ, Google Scholar, dan Garuda. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa praktik tafakur dapat meningkatkan kesadaran diri Islam, memperkuat sikap rida terhadap takdir, dan memperbaiki mekanisme koping emosional. Tafakur juga sejalan dengan konsep mindfulness namun memiliki keunggulan pada aspek teistik-transendental karena menekankan kesadaran terhadap kehadiran ilahi dan nilai-nilai Qur’ani. Simpulan artikel ini menegaskan bahwa tafakur berpotensi sebagai terapi spiritual Islami yang mendukung kesehatan mental secara holistik. Rekomendasi utama adalah perlunya pengembangan layanan kesehatan mental Islam yang memasukkan tafakur sebagai bagian integral dari pendekatan psikoterapi, pendidikan, dan dakwah digital.
