SISTEM PEMESANAN MAKANAN ONLINE DI RUMAH MAKAN/RESTORAN RICHARD BERBASIS WEB DENGAN METODE PEMBAYARAN DIGITAL

Abstract

Food ordering in restaurants currently mostly uses a manual system, such as at Richard Restaurant in Waitabula, Southwest Sumba, East Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia. Here, the waiter must approach the customer's table and offer a list of food and beverage menus. After the customer selects a menu, the waiter records it and sends it to the kitchen for processing. Until now, customers who want to order food at Richard Restaurant must come to the restaurant to be able to place their order. Based on the background above, a study was conducted entitled "Online food ordering system at Richard Restaurant (web-based with digital payment method)". This application is not only for food ordering, but also for recording sales, tracking orders, and online payments. With this food ordering application, it can meet the menu ordering needs of customers, from the initial order to the serving of the order
