Abstract

Advances in information and communication technology have brought significant changes to various aspects of life, including education. Technology is not just the application of knowledge, but also the improvement of processes and targets that enable one generation to use the knowledge of the previous generation as a basis for action. As technology advances, the use of website-based systems has become a key solution to address these issues. Website-based information systems offer various advantages, such as configurable and direct data access according to needs, as well as ease of data management through a user-friendly user interface. Errors in student and teacher data are generally caused by several factors, such as minimal data security training, malware attacks, and the lack of effective data backup mechanisms. This is the case with the Marsudirini SDK, where student and teacher data security relies solely on a single government system, the Basic Education Data. The Waterfall method was chosen in this study because of its characteristic focus on step-by-step completion, where each stage must be completed perfectly before proceeding to the next. This approach is considered appropriate for developing student and teacher data archiving applications.
