Abstract

Integrated Health Pos is a community-based health initiative managed by, for, and with the community. It empowers the community and facilitates access to health services for mothers, infants, and toddlers. The Tema Tana Village Posyandu is a health service unit in the Tema Tana Village/Kelurahan, supporting the village's primary duties under the supervision of the Community Health Center (Puskesmas). It is run by a working group of four (pokja) that oversees health.With this health service information system, various emerging issues have been addressed effectively. Conclusions from the development of the infant and toddler health service information system in Tema Tana Village include: With the health service information system, the process of inputting child data, weighing data, vitamin and immunization data, and mortality data has been computerized. With the health service information system, searching for child data has been computerized, saving time and eliminating the need to dig through archives. With the existence of a health service information system, the process of recording and storing Posyandu data is well controlled. With the existence of a health service information system, the creation of reports is computerized, thus making time more effective
