Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are a vital pillar of the national economy. However, many MSMEs struggle to access government assistance due to manual, opaque, and time-consuming administrative processes. Therefore, a web-based information system is needed to facilitate the submission of aid proposals quickly, easily, and accountably. Other issues include the disorganized documentation of incoming proposals and the slow verification process by relevant parties. Its function is to assist business actors in submitting aid proposals using a web-based information system, facilitating the development of MSMEs in Southwest Sumba Regency and expanding their business networks. The resulting website will be highly interactive, as it facilitates smooth communication between the aid proposal applicant and the MSME, thus building a community within the MSME.
