PENINGKATAN PENGETAHUAN KEPALA RUANGAN TERHADAP GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN SPIRITUAL DALAM MENINGKATKAN KINERJA PERAWAT DI RUMAH SAKIT TAHUN 2025

Kepemimpinan merupakan salah satu determinan utama dalam mempengaruhi kinerja perawat di rumah sakit. Peran perawat manajer terutama sebagai pemimpin unit keperawatan, menjadi krusial dalam mengarahkan, memotivasi, dan mengoptimalkan potensi perawat melalui gaya kepemimpinan yang adaptif. Salah satu gaya kepemimpinan yang semakin relevan dalam konteks organisasi modern adalah kepemimpinan spiritual, yang menekankan nilai-nilai spiritualitas, kebermaknaan kerja, dan kesejahteraan holistik bagi perawat. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman perawat manajer tentang gaya kepemimpinan spiritual guna mendukung peningkatan kinerja perawat dalam pelayanan keperawatan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan menggunakan pendekatan edukasi interaktif berbasis ceramah (lecture-based talks) dan diskusi kelompok terfokus (focus group discussion) yang melibatkan 9 orang perawat manajer dari rumah sakit Umum Aisyiyah Padang. Waktu pelaksanaan pada 7 Februari 2025. Evaluasi pengetahuan dilakukan dengan pre-test dan post-test untuk menilai efektivitas kegiatan edukasi. Hasil menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan skor pengetahuan peserta dari 11,1% (pre-test) menjadi 88,9% (post-test), yang mengindikasikan adanya pemahaman yang lebih baik mengenai konsep dan implementasi kepemimpinan spiritual dalam praktik keperawatan. Hasil pengabdian ini diharapkan dapat diimplementasikan secara berkelanjutan dalam pengembangan kapasitas kepemimpinan spiritual perawat manajer untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang penuh dengan nilai-nilai, sikap, dan perilaku calling, membership, dan altruism yang mendukung kinerja optimal perawat dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan keperawatan di rumah sakit.
