Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan tema “One Tree, One Legacy: Kolaborasi Pohon Harapan Kampus Berdampak” merupakan wujud nyata komitmen perguruan tinggi dalam membangun kesadaran ekologis dan sosial sivitas akademika. Program ini berfokus pada penguatan Green Human Capital melalui kegiatan penanaman pohon, kolaborasi lintas kampus Indonesia–Malaysia, serta pembelajaran berbasis pengalaman. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya menanam pohon secara fisik, tetapi juga menanam nilai-nilai keberlanjutan, tanggung jawab sosial, dan kepedulian terhadap lingkungan. Melalui pendekatan Green Human Resource Management (Green HRM), program ini berhasil mendorong terciptanya budaya organisasi hijau serta memperkuat karakter mahasiswa dan dosen sebagai agen perubahan sosial. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pengabdian berbasis CSR dapat menjadi sarana efektif untuk membangun kampus yang berbudaya berkelanjutan, berkolaboratif, dan berorientasi pada kemanusiaan.
